RHINO TURBO KIT

Orange Diamond Racing turbo kits are not just another mass produced kit used on multiple applications. Our kits are developed from a clean sheet of paper customized for each individual engine. Starting with high quality components, we are able to tailor each piece to refine it for maximum performance. What this means is that you receive a kit not only designed for maximum power, but has been professionally tested to give maximum performance and durability. Our kits are not put together by a car turbo manufacturer that is used to working on multi cylinder engines. We specialize in small engine development and testing and put our 20+ years of experience into the creation of our kits. Make sure to research what you are getting for your money. For example, some kits are designed as draw thru with lesser quality components. By doing a blow thru kit (carb is after the turbo) you are able to keep the same performance your engine always had, until the boost comes on, then hold on. By matching components of the system, we are able to achieve almost instantaneous boost rise. What this means is you don’t experience any turbo lag (sluggish), which is normally associated with turbo engines. What you do experience is that big engine performance and feel, making big torque exactly when you want it. Whether you ride in the dunes, trail ride or drag race, the engine characteristics are universal and not specific to any situation. And the best part is when you need more power, just turn up the boost! With the correct engine components, the power potential becomes almost unlimited. However, the power gain achieved even on a stock engine out performs your average exhaust and cam upgrade; actually, they are not even in the same ballpark. Turbo’s utilize wasted engine exhaust to create the boost used to increase the engines performance. By capitalizing on the heat energy that is normally just expelled out your exhaust pipe, very little parasitic loss (or drag) is put on the engine to achieve the needed boost. Big power with low operating losses means that you get maximum efficiency put to the rear wheels, all that matters in the end. What makes Orange Diamond Racing different than the rest? Our commitment to testing and the use of sophisticated tools for development allow us to notice things that others can’t. By using data acquisition with multiple sensors, we are able to record things like A/F ratio, engine temps, multiple pressures, engine speed, wheel speed, and others. What this does is give us the opportunity to analyze our test data to the finite degree and find small things that could easily get past other methods of testing. This type of testing is similar to that used in NASCAR and F1. Our kits are true bolt-ons, which means that with a little more effort than changing your exhaust you can get the big engine power, with much less time and investment than is normally associated with achieving this level of performance. We do recommend our kits for competition use only; because of the special skills and knowledge associated with maintaining and driving modified vehicles.
